Buffalo Chicken Sliders

buffalo chicken sliders.jpg

If you love Buffalo Wings, you have got to try these Buffalo Chicken Sliders! They have the same flavor as Buffalo Wings, but are a much healthier option.

I served these sliders with some Roasted Cauliflower which I have been obsessed with lately. Cauliflower picks up flavors really well and is a great side dish for an entree that is full of flavor.

Tip - If you are going to cook this for the whole family, add the Frank’s Red Hot Sauce after you serve the chicken to the children. I did not do this and it was way too spicy for the kids!

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon dark brown sugar

2 teaspoons paprika

1 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce

Package of slider buns

Blue cheese dressing

Tomato slices

Green leaf lettuce

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the oil. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and paprika. Sear both sides of the chicken until golden, about 4 minutes.

Let the chicken cool, and then shred the chicken with a fork. Add the Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and then start to build your slider.

Place some chicken on the bottom bun, top with blue cheese dressing, tomato and then lettuce.
