Every week I am faced with the daunting task of trying to figure out what family meals to cook for the week. My daughter will eat almost anything, whereas, my son would rather eat snacks all day. One of my daughter's favorite dishes is a cheeseburger. One of my son's favorite dishes is a cupcake. My genius husband combined these two favorites and created Cheeseburger Cups. I must say they are really delicious, easy to make, and fun to eat!
1 lb Ground Beef
¼ cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tube Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink and then drain. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire Sauce and set aside.
Press each biscuit onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin pan. Spoon mixture into cups and top with cheese. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
