Workwear to Date Night

After leaving the corporate world 8 years ago, I stuffed all my work pants in a drawer and never looked back. My pants selection consisted of jeans, leggings and cargo Lululemon pants!

Although I still love my current selection, it was definitely time to expand and add other trends to the mix.

The workwear trend is hotter than ever

Women are showcasing their strength and designers have created power clothing to support this statement. Men have been wearing work attire for all occasions for years - it’s time that women do as well!

To adopt the workwear trend, you can go as simple as incorporating some Paper Bag Waist pants into your wardrobe, (as I did here), or you can go all the way with a gorgeous Power Suit.

Although I am not headed to the office anytime soon, as soon as I saw the new designs, I knew it was a must for me to add it to my collection.

When I put these pants on, I instantly felt transformed and more confident. It’s amazing what an impact clothing can have on your entire disposition.

What’s so great about the current workwear designs are that they translate beautifully from office to date night. This outfit can work for almost any occasion - date night, girls night, or even running errands and wanting to wear something other than jeans!

Whether it’s work or play that you are dressing for, the most important thing is that you feel confident and the boss babe that you are!
