Wearing White After Labor Day

Wearing white after Labor Day has been an ongoing debate for many decades.

However, within the last couple of years, the fashion world fully got on board and is now embracing white year-round. I have to admit that I was a little weary at first but I too have jumped on board. I really love the crispness that it brings to an outfit and how it simply brightens up a look.  Here are some ways to incorporate wearing white into your wardrobe for the fall and winter seasons.

Go All In

Wear those white pants! Wearing white pants is the boldest way to fully let go of the rules. I find that wearing white jeans with an over the knee boot is a great way to transition the look to fall/winter.

Halfway there

As you can tell by a lot of my current photos, I love white boots! White boots are a brand new trend this season and one that I have fully embraced. I love how they brighten up an outfit and are the perfect neutral shoes.

Dip your toe

Wearing a white jacket or blazer is an ideal way to wear white during the cooler months but still stay somewhat true to the “rules." A white blazer can be worn with jeans for a more casual look or dress pants for a day at the office.
